The provision of your personal data is neither required by law nor by contract, or required for the conclusion of a contract, unless otherwise specified below. You are not obliged to provide the data and failure to provide them has no consequences.  This only applies as long as no other information is given for the processing operations listed below. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

It is possible to visit our website without providing any information about yourself. When you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your Internet browser and stored in log data - so-called server log files. This log data includes, for example, the name of the page called up, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider, whereby the data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our offer. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person.



Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.  You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved. Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only rough localization is possible.

Use of Facebook plug-ins

This website uses the social network plug-in provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). If you call up pages on our website that have such a plug-in, a connection to the Facebook servers is established and the plug-in is displayed on the page by notifying your browser. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Facebook, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. Duration of storage

After the contract has been processed, your data will only be stored for the duration of the warranty period, taking into account statutory retention periods, in particular tax and commercial law, and will be deleted after the period has expired, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
